Any order placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm ET will ship out the same business day. This is applicable to both ground and expedited orders.
Any order placed after 5:00 p.m. ET, will be shipped on the following business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Your in-store pickup
In-store pickups are typically prepared 3 business hours after the order has been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready.
How do I change or cancel an order?
As our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
If you order is shipped in two packages, you will receive two shipping notifications.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be shipped as soon as the inventory becomes available.
Please be advised, should you place an order that contains both a pre-order item and an item currently available in stock, the available item will be charged and shipped out immediately and the pre-order item will be charged and shipped when it becomes available.
We do not accept payments through Affirm for pre-orders.
Do you have a price match policy?
If an item changes price within 30 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you.
