What is your return policy for rag-bone.com?
We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging with the cellophane intact. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
With the Holiday Season approaching, we are pleased to extend our return policy. Purchases made between November 9th, 2023 and December 31st, 2023, that are not considered final sale, may be returned for a full refund through January 31st, 2024.
rag & bone gift cards are non-refundable.
Orders placed on rag-bone.com, as well as orders placed online for in-store pickup, can be returned to your local rag & bone store. Anything purchased in a store or an authorized rag & bone affiliate, must be returned the same way as it was purchased.
Note, garments purchased in department stores must be returned to the place of purchase as they have access to your bank information for crediting.
International orders placed on rag-bone.com cannot be returned in-store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact email@example.com or call +1-844-724-2663 within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.

Can I return in store?
Any rag-bone.com orders, including orders that were placed for in-store pickup, are eligible to be returned in one of our rag & bone stores. Please click here to locate a store near you.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed.
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
Refunds will be issued in the same form that the order was placed. If you placed an order using both a gift card and a credit card, the order will be refunded to reflect those payment methods.
What do you mean by Quality Guaranteed?
We mean that the products we make are crafted using fabrics, techniques, and a level of professionalism that last from season to season. Every product has a natural lifetime, but — laundry accidents aside — if our product doesn’t reasonably hold up, we’ll fix it or replace it for you. To learn more, click here.
Can I return my in-store purchase online?
We only accept returns for rag-bone.com orders and in-store pick up orders placed online. At this time we cannot accept returns for items purchased in a rag & bone store or 3rd party retailer. To get in touch with one our stores, please click here.
How can I return a gift?

How will my refund be issued if I used a gift card?
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. That means if you place an order with a gift card, you will be refunded in a gift card. If you place an order using both a credit card and gift card, you will be refunded to both where it applies.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact email@example.com, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
